Baking on hold?

I’ve just been handed a big project for my at-home job, so my baking time just became quite limited.  I’ve enjoyed about 2 months w/o any work in the afternoons, so I could do things like bake and blog, but the break is over for a bit.  If I do any baking during this time, I’ll have to keep it short and sweet!  My hubby’s been asking me to attempt eclairs… maybe on a weekend!  It will be nice to make a little money again though, so I won’t complain about that.  I was planning out some recipes for tomorrow, but I might have to skip it.  Maybe I could just make one thing… some more of those banana muffins would be nice for breakfast this weekend!
